No Refund Policy – Client Acknowledgement
All sales—including services, treatment packages, memberships, gift cards, and products—are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, change of mind, or unused services. Clients may receive a credit to their
Bella Derma Skin Care Solutions account under these conditions: – A prepaid service is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. – A prepaid package cannot be completed due to a verified medical condition (with physician documentation).
Credits may be applied toward other services or packages available at our practice. Credits cannot be applied toward products. Credits are valid for one (1) year from issuance and are non-transferable. Treatment results vary from person to person. While our providers use advanced techniques and technology, results cannot be guaranteed. By purchasing services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

3. Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian and approved by a licensed practitioner.
4. Booking & Cancellation Policy
● Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone.
● Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
● No-shows or late cancellations may result in a charge per our cancellation policy.
5. Refund Policy
● We do not offer refunds for services rendered.
●All product sales are final and no returns are allowed.
● In the rare event of an adverse reaction, contact us immediately for evaluation.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
● Providing accurate medical history
● Following pre- and post-treatment instructions
● Arriving on time for scheduled services
● Informing staff of any changes in health or medications
