Refund, Return & Credit Policy
Services, treatment packages, memberships, and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable except where required by law. Retail products are generally final sale once opened or used. If you receive an incorrect item, an item damaged in transit, or a product that appears defective, contact Bella Derma within seven (7) calendar days of delivery or pickup so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund when warranted.
For qualifying service-related circumstances, a credit may be issued to the client’s Bella Derma Skin Care Solutions account when: (1) a prepaid service is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, or (2) a prepaid package cannot be completed because of a verified medical condition with appropriate documentation.
Service credits may be applied toward other eligible services or packages offered by Bella Derma, may not be applied toward retail products, are valid for one (1) year from issuance, and are non-transferable. Treatment results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. By purchasing services, you acknowledge and accept this variability.
For retail product concerns, please contact us at [email protected] and include your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the item and packaging. Opened or used products are not returnable for change of mind, preference, or ordinary dissatisfaction. If you experience an unexpected reaction, stop using the product and contact Bella Derma or your healthcare provider as appropriate.

3. Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian and approved by a licensed practitioner.
4. Booking & Cancellation Policy
● Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone.
● Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
● No-shows or late cancellations may result in a charge per our cancellation policy.
5. Refund, Return & Credit Policy
● Services rendered are non-refundable except where required by law.
● Opened or used retail products are final sale for change of mind, preference, or ordinary dissatisfaction.
● Incorrect, transit-damaged, or apparently defective products must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery or pickup for review.
● Depending on the circumstances, Bella Derma may provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund when warranted.
● If you experience an unexpected reaction, discontinue use and contact Bella Derma or your healthcare provider as appropriate.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
● Providing accurate medical history
● Following pre- and post-treatment instructions
● Arriving on time for scheduled services
● Informing staff of any changes in health or medications
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, logos, service descriptions, and branding — is the property of Bella Derma Skin Care Solutions. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
