Anniversary Bonus Card Terms
Anniversary bonus amounts expire 6 months from the date issued. Purchased gift card value is separate from the promotional bonus.
Bonus value may be used across multiple visits toward qualifying Bella Derma services and retail products.
Bonus value has no cash value, is nonrefundable, and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, packages, memberships, or special offers.
