May Belle Fellenz, APRN, MSN, FNP-BC is the Founder, Owner, and Lead Medical Aesthetics Provider of Bella Derma Skin Care Solutions in Reno, Nevada ~ an elevated medspa experience rooted in medical expertise, thoughtful artistry, and genuine, personalized care.
With more than a decade of nursing experience spanning hospital and clinical environments, including oncology, behavioral health, primary care, palliative care, and COVID-era inpatient care, May Belle brings a deeply clinical lens to aesthetic medicine. Her work is guided by a simple philosophy: the most beautiful results are the ones that look natural, feel effortless, and support long-term skin health.
May Belle earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Walden University (Magna cum Laude) and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Arkansas Tech University (Magna cum Laude), with a minor in Biology. She is a long-standing member of the American Nurses Association and maintains essential safety training including Basic Life Support (BLS) ~ reflecting her commitment to high standards, careful assessment, and patient-centered care.
Before opening Bella Derma in August 2025, May Belle served as a Nurse Practitioner and Lead Medical Aesthetics Provider at one of the largest medspas in the country from September 2021 to August 2025, where she refined advanced skills in injectables, laser aesthetics, and individualized treatment planning.
At Bella Derma, May Belle curates customized plans that align services, skincare, and lifestyle ~ designed to rejuvenate, clarify, and balance the complexion while preserving what makes each client uniquely beautiful. Her clinical services include Botox® and neuromodulator treatments, dermal fillers, lip filler and lip flip, microneedling, chemical peels, and microdroplet injection techniques. She also offers advanced laser-focused care using Aerolase® technology, including treatment plans for concerns such as acne, melasma and pigmentation, rosacea/psoriasis-related skin issues, skin rejuvenation and tightening, laser hair removal, stretch mark revision, and facial and leg vein treatments.

Healthcare has always been my passion. I became a nurse over a decade ago because I firmly believed I could make a difference in the quality of life of people. Since then, I have worked intimately in improving the health and well-being of all my patients, both in the hospital and clinical settings.
I fell in love with medical aesthetics almost five years ago because I saw the value in bringing happiness and confidence in people. I was the lead medical provider for one of the top medical aesthetics spas in the country for several years, and I saw time and again the joy and elation I was able to bring to my patients after each treatment.
I decided to open my own aesthetics medspa because I developed a profound desire to merge my passion for healthcare with the artistry of rejuvenation. Through my commitment to continual learning and a relentless pursuit of the latest advancements in the field, I want to be able to take my patients on a transformative journey towards self-confidence and ageless beauty.
